Selected projects in conservation practice and research.
City of Houston Public Art Collection
A comprehensive survey and condition assessment of the City of Houston’s public art collection, including both indoor and outdoor works. Each object was examined, documented, and photographed, with prioritised recommendations for treatment, maintenance, and long-term care.

The project also included preventive conservation guidance, environmental recommendations, and structured reporting to support future conservation planning and resource allocation.

Texas Southern University
Traditional African Art Gallery
A major collections relocation and installation project involving approximately 75 objects moved to a new gallery space on campus. Project management included condition assessment, conservation treatment for display, pest eradication coordination, packing and transport oversight, and installation support within the new library environment.

Project completed November 2019.

NanoRestArt (EU-Funded Research Project)
Project conservator and case-study lead for the EU-funded NanoRestArt programme, focused on developing and testing innovative nano-material and gel-based cleaning systems for modern and contemporary artworks. This work culminated in the successful treatment of Eva Hesse’s Addendum (1967), in close collaboration with museum stakeholders and conservation scientists.
Research outcomes were widely disseminated through international conferences and peer-reviewed publications.
